Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mojo Links websites at mojolinks.com and shop.mojolinks.com (the "Site"), and the services provided through them (the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or order any Services.

2. Who you are dealing with

The Services are provided by Mojo Links LLC ("Mojo Links", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Our registered address is:

Mojo Links LLC
312 W. 2nd St #2426
Casper, WY 82601
United States

Mojo Links LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Company and its affiliates ("Stripe"), our payment processor. Stripe handles card capture, payment authorisation, fraud screening, and tax calculation (where Stripe Tax is enabled) on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe stores them on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and returns only a tokenised reference to us.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Description of Services

Mojo Links offers SEO and growth services for revenue-driven brands, including (without limitation) technical and semantic SEO audits, topical maps, link building campaigns, guest posts, niche edits, monthly managed SEO, SEO consulting, and Google penalty recovery. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope for each Service are set out on the relevant product page on the shop or in a written scope agreed between you and us.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time. Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will give you reasonable notice.

5. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Local-currency display is handled at Stripe Checkout; sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated and collected via Stripe Tax where applicable.
  • Orders are accepted when payment has cleared and we send an order confirmation.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, including where the website you submit is in a prohibited niche, where the order is suspected of fraud, or where the scope is materially different from what was paid for.

6. Subscriptions, billing cycles, and cancellation

  • Subscription Services (currently Monthly SEO and Link Building Campaigns) carry a three-month minimum term from the first paid billing date. After the minimum term they continue on a month-to-month basis.
  • You can cancel at any time after the minimum term from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
  • You remain responsible for fees accrued up to and including the billing period in which cancellation takes effect.
  • One-time Services (audits, topical maps, individual placements, consulting sessions, penalty recovery) are charged once at checkout.

7. 120-day link replacement guarantee

For our link building Services (guest posts, niche edits, and the equivalent placements within Link Building Campaigns), we replace any placed link that is removed from the host site within 120 days of placement, free of charge, with a link on a site of equal or greater authority. The guarantee covers removal by the publisher; it does not cover changes you request, changes to your destination URL, or devaluation by search engines.

8. Refunds

Refund handling differs by service type. The summary below captures the rules; the full conditions, exclusions, and request process are set out in our Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Work not yet started. If a one-time Service has not yet been started, we will refund it in full on request.
  • Work in progress or delivered. Where work has been started or deliverables provided, refunds are at our reasonable discretion and may be partial, reflecting work already performed.
  • Subscriptions. Subscription fees are non-refundable for completed billing periods. You can cancel future renewals at any time after the minimum term.
  • Link placements. Link placements are non-refundable once placed; the 120-day replacement guarantee in section 7 is the sole and exclusive remedy for link loss.
  • Refunds, where granted, are processed via Stripe to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

9. Your obligations

  • You will give us accurate website URLs, brand information, and any briefs or assets we need to deliver the Services.
  • You warrant that you own or are authorised to use the websites, content, brand assets, and instructions you submit.
  • You will not ask us to deliver Services for sites or content that promote illegal activity, infringe intellectual-property rights, contain CSAM, facilitate fraud or violence, or otherwise breach applicable law.
  • You will not request work that violates Google's spam policies (such as link schemes designed solely to manipulate rankings outside of the editorial placements we offer), and you understand that we may decline scope on that basis.

10. Intellectual property

  • Deliverables. Subject to payment in full, you own the bespoke deliverables created for you (articles, briefs, audit reports, topical maps).
  • Our materials. We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, internal tools, templates, and any generic know-how we develop and reuse across engagements. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those materials to you.
  • Site content. The Site, its design, copy, code, graphics, and trademarks are owned by Mojo Links or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
  • Case studies. Unless you opt out in writing, we may reference your engagement and high-level results in anonymised case-study material.

11. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
  • SEO results depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, your competitors, your site's technical and content state, and your speed of implementation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
  • Estimated timelines are good-faith estimates, not commitments.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

See also our full Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mojo Links and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) content, instructions, or website access you provided to us; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, if your account is associated with fraud or abuse, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, you remain liable for any unpaid fees and any obligations that by their nature survive termination (including sections 8 to 13 and 16 to 17).

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, network outages, third-party service failures, government actions, or pandemics.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be notified through the Site or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-law provisions in your country of residence.

18. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written scope agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
