1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Mojo Links LLC ("Mojo Links", "we", "us", or "our") and to the websites at mojolinks.com and shop.mojolinks.com (together, the "Site"), as well as the services we provide through the Site (the "Services").

The data controller for this Site is:

United States

If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information, please contact us.

2. Information we collect

We collect three broad categories of information:

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account and order details: name, email address, company name, website URL, billing details, and the service tier or variation you select.
  • Customer communications: messages you send through our contact form, the free-growth-audit intake form, support channels, or email.
  • Service inputs: URLs, keywords, content briefs, access credentials (where you explicitly grant them), and any other information you provide so we can deliver the Services.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies:used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate site performance. See "Cookies" below.

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Payments: when you buy from the shop, payment is processed by Stripe (our payment processor; Mojo Links LLC is the merchant of record). Stripe shares limited transaction information back with us (e.g. Checkout session ID, amount, country, billing name and email, last four digits of the card). We never receive or store your full card details.
  • Analytics and email tooling: our analytics and transactional-email providers share aggregated reporting and delivery status back with us.

3. Why we use your information

  • To deliver the Services you have ordered and to manage your account.
  • To process payments, send invoices and order confirmations.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send important service notices (e.g. changes to terms, security alerts).
  • To send marketing emails where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve the performance, security, and usability of the Site.
  • To comply with our legal obligations, including tax, anti-fraud, and accounting requirements.

Our legal bases for processing (where applicable under GDPR and similar laws) are: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests (running and improving the business), your consent (e.g. marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tooling. These providers are bound by contract to handle your information securely and only on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors, accountants, and lawyers, where reasonably required.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Successors in interest, in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructure, or sale of assets. We will give you notice before any such transfer materially changes how your information is handled.

5. International transfers

Mojo Links operates internationally and works with customers and providers in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and across the European Union. Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your information receives a comparable level of protection.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. Typical retention periods:

  • Customer account and order records: 7 years after the last transaction (tax and accounting).
  • Contact-form and intake-form submissions: up to 24 months from the last interaction.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record indefinitely.
  • Server logs and aggregated analytics: up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent.
  • Receive a portable copy of the information you provided.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell; we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising on your behalf).

To exercise any of these rights, email us via the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as dark / light theme), and measure aggregated traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may degrade some Site features (particularly the shop and signed-in areas).

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Read their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or through a Site notice).
